Men's Health Workshop

ACI's Men's Peer Group hosted a workshop on Men's Health on Thursday, May 15th. Stephanie Rodriquez, Health Educator from Amerigroup was the presenter. Her entertaining and informative presentation focused on ways to reduce the risk of heart disease, establishing a healthy diet, and conducting a self exam for testicular cancer. Create Your Vision Board

The first series of the Vision Board Workshop was a huge success! Over the course of several weeks, participants picked their vision and put it into words and pictures which were then used to create their boards. The finished Vision Boards will help them as a visual reminder of the goals they set.
