All applicants are considered Potential Participants. Approval for admittance into the LMBL program will be via notification from the Program Coordinator no sooner than two weeks prior to the Zoom Orientation Meeting. A Parent or Guardian involvement is expected to maximize participants' success.


LMBL ADMISSIONS PROCESS

STEP 1: Online Application (Completed by Potential Participant)

STEP 2: Zoom Interview (Scheduled by Program Coordinator)

  • Potential Participant will be contacted by the Program Coordinator within 7 business days of completed application submission to schedule a Zoom Interview.

STEP 3: Tuition Meeting with Parents/Guardians (Scheduled by Program Coordinator)

  • Zoom or phone meeting with Parents or Guardians to discuss program tuition options.

  • Option 1: Use DDD Budget - Service is CBS Community Based Supports for 60-hour program over a 6 to 9 week period.

  • Option 2: Private Pay

  • Option 3: Scholarship Opportunity - Available to those in need of financial assistance.

STEP 4: Application Review (Completed by Program Coordinator and ACI Administrative Review Board)

  • Once Steps 1, 2 and 3 are completed, the ACI Administration Review Board will meet to determine admittance into LMBL.

STEP 5: Notification of Admission Status (Completed by Program Coordinator)

  • Potential Participants who have been admitted will be notified by the Program Coordinator no sooner than 10 days prior to the start date.
